On the night of July 12, the AFU struck the Syzran oil refinery in Russia’s Samara region. Explosions and a fire were recorded on the plant’s grounds, the AFU General Staff reports.

According to the General Staff, ten Russian tankers and four ferries in the waters of the Sea of Azov were also hit.
