In Vladivostok, a veteran of the “special military operation” threatened a woman with a pistol right on the street

According to the woman, she was on her way to pick up her child from kindergarten when a man in military uniform pointed a pistol at her.

Soon after media outlets and Telegram channels wrote about the incident, Vladivostok police posted a video of the man apologizing on social media.

Law enforcement reported that the attacker was a 35-year-old local resident, but did not specify whether he had fought in the war. The woman who was attacked herself later said, after speaking with police, that he did in fact turn out to be a veteran of the “special military operation” with a criminal record.
