Yes, for now she is being somewhat naive, believing that some kind of "legal framework" exists in the Russian Federation.

It does not.

There is a vast space of lawlessness, which in fact is the cause of the war, repression, and utter chaos.

But once she clashes with the horde of Solovyovs, Lebedevs, and Milonovs, she will quickly shed her illusions.

One way or another, the wound she will inevitably inflict on the vile Reich may drain it of a noticeable amount of blood.
