"The party was heavily guarded and, apparently, thanks to this it was possible to avoid numerous casualties.

According to one version, on the way to the venue a security guard stopped a woman who was delivering a box to the guests. She said it contained a gift, but the guard, suspecting something was wrong, decided to inspect her. That was when the explosion went off.

Apparently, the bomb was detonated remotely. As a result, the courier and the security officer who stopped her were killed. The force of the explosion was equivalent to a kilogram of TNT, and the device itself was packed with metal balls, which is why people on the restaurant's veranda were also injured. One of them died. The courier was literally torn to pieces. Her hand was found on the road about 15 meters from the site of the explosion."
