Zelensky delivered an address on the Day of Victory over Nazism

In the address, the president of Ukraine noted that millions of Ukrainians served “in the ranks of different armies of the states of the anti-Hitler coalition” and that their contribution to the defeat of Nazi Germany was “one of the greatest.”

Zelensky thanked everyone who is helping Ukraine defend itself against the Russian regime. “Protecting people’s lives and the freedom of nations from Putin is an absolutely worthy way to honor the memory of those who did not allow Hitler to conquer Europe and the world,” he said.
