The service’s availability began to decline on May 5: the number of failed connections to the site reached 10% that day. On May 6 and 7, it rose to 16%.

In previous weeks, the average level of anomalies did not exceed 4%.

Roskomnadzor has officially stated that it is not blocking access to GitHub’s services.
