Boris Nadezhdin accused of displaying Nazi/extremist symbols, lawyer says
As msk1 writes, Boris Nadezhdin is being charged with “propaganda or public display of Nazi symbols.”
Boris Nadezhdin’s lawyer Dmitry Trunin arrived at the Dolgoprudny police precinct.
According to Trunin, the politician is being charged under Article 20.3 of Russia’s Code of Administrative Offenses: “propaganda or public display of Nazi paraphernalia/symbols, as well as the symbols of extremist organizations.” Punishment for citizens includes a fine of 1,000 to 2,000 rubles or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
As “Caution, News” writes, Nadezhdin is now being taken to court.
