Three sailors from a moored commercial vessel were killed during shelling of Odesa region

“A fire broke out on a moored commercial vessel flying the flag of the Republic of Togo that was carrying mineral fertilizers. According to preliminary information, three crew members were killed and five others were injured,” he said.
