The United Kingdom imposed sanctions on staff of the pro-war Telegram channel Rybar
Ten people connected to the Telegram channel Rybar, which is close to the Russian Defense Ministry, were added to the updated sanctions list.
🔵Channel creator Mikhail Zvinchuk was placed under British sanctions in December 2025. The updated list includes, in particular, Valeria Zvinchuk, whom the outlet Important Stories in 2024 called the wife of Rybar’s creator and a co-owner of the channel.
