In its morning briefing, the Russian Defense Ministry said that a total of 264 drones were shot down over Russia’s regions after midnight.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported that 27 drones were destroyed on their approach to the city.
In Yaroslavl, the Yaroslavnefteorgsintez oil refinery was hit, and a major fire broke out there. Rostov region Governor Yury Slyusar said that, in addition to drones, a Ukrainian missile was shot down over the region.
