Putin, like a parrot, keeps demanding all of Donbas and more.

Original source

Putin, like a parrot, keeps demanding all of Donbas and so on.

He justifies the sheer brazeness by saying those regions are "already written into the Constitution of the Russian Federation."

But! The fact that a thief managed to write his surname on a stolen suitcase does not make the suitcase the thief's property.

In Russia, the Constitution has simply replaced the popular Soviet satirical magazine "Krokodil." That one, of course, was funnier and carried more political weight, but... over time, "everything shrinks."

"Krokodil" has lost its bite and is now called the "Basic Law."

As it turns out, this poor little booklet can be abused in any way imaginable. The Constitution tolerates endless terms for a half-mad president, the invasion of priests, and the abolition of all "freedoms."

The little people do not even moo. And the harder they get hit across their "collective political mug," the lower they bow.

The louder the Kremlin whip whistles, the more servile the people's smile becomes.

If the Constitution of the Russian Federation were amended with a clause requiring citizens to provide their wives, daughters, and mothers for the "sexual use of SVO convicts," then, of course, a few "stingy male tears" would quietly drip, but they "would not dare rebel."

Constitution Standing In For Reality Again

The demand for Donbas was justified by writing it into the constitution.

Paper got ahead of reality again.
