Russian security forces detained several dozen Israeli citizens at Domodedovo. They were held without food, water, or access to a toilet, and were also accused of the war with Iran

Mediazona reports this, citing a source familiar with the details of what happened.

According to the outlet's source, at least 40 Israeli citizens were detained at the Moscow airport on April 19 after arriving from Tel Aviv.

They were held for about five hours without water, food, or the chance to use the toilet, and then were questioned; security officers accused at least some of them of the war with Iran. In conversations with the detainees, they said that Iran is Russia's ally, so Iran's enemy is "our enemy too." The security officers added that they were "not happy" about Israeli citizens arriving in Moscow and that they had "come for nothing."

After that, the Israeli citizens began to be released with "warnings"; presumably, this refers to a document informing them of the "inadmissibility of violating the law."
