Property deals may now require an extract from the summons registry

The real estate agency Etazhi in Vladivostok has started requesting an extract from the Summons Registry from clients aged 18 to 65 in property transactions, noted by “Prodolzhenie sleduet.”

The company confirmed to Kommersant that the Etazhi agency network will be requesting extracts from the summons registry for property deals.

The new measure was reported by “etaZhitnikova” on her real estate blog. The reason is restrictions for those who failed to appear at the military enlistment office within 20 days after the date specified in the summons.

In that case, Rosreestr may suspend cadastral registration and registration of property rights. The restriction remains in force until the person appears at the military enlistment office or confirms a valid reason for failing to appear.

As a result, such a restriction may affect both the sale of a property and the registration of ownership rights for the buyer, “All About Construction” notes.

The Etazhi agency network will be requesting extracts from the summons registry for property deals, the company confirmed this information to Kommersant-Ural. Messages have appeared on Telegram channels saying that extracts from the registry will be requested from buyers or sellers aged 18 to 65.
