Three specialized publications for accountants and HR professionals published guides on maintaining military records during mobilization

Business.ru published such a piece on July 7, Glavbukh on July 24, and Rossiysky Nalogovy Kuryer on July 27, The Insider noticed.

The piece in Glavbukh is titled "Order of conscription during mobilization." The article contains direct addresses to employers: "How an employer should keep mobilization records in 2026," sample orders, notices, and military registration cards. This text is an updated copy of a publication first released on September 22, 2022, the day after the September 21 mobilization decree was published.

An article in Rossiysky Nalogovy Kuryer similarly instructs HR staff and accountants on how to properly maintain military records and respond to employees' draft notices and mobilization orders. The text in Business.ru is additionally aimed at owners of small and medium-sized businesses and contains detailed instructions on how an employer should check employees' mobilization orders.

At the same time, these outlets, which specialize in analyzing enacted laws, released these texts when no such changes were taking place. Over the past year, no direct legislative changes to the institution of a mobilization order have been adopted.
