In half a month, Ukrainian drones destroyed more than a quarter of Wildberries’ warehouse space

Over 17 days of Ukrainian drone attacks, Wildberries lost 14 warehouses with a total area of more than 1.5 million square meters, «Vyorstka» calculated. That is about 27% of all the company’s warehouse facilities (5.6 million square meters).

🟪The company’s biggest loss was the warehouse in Elektrostal outside Moscow, which was hit on the first day the attacks began, July 18. This center, with an area of 250 thousand square meters, burned down completely. One person was killed in the attack, 25-year-old Tajik citizen Navruzjon Sodikov, and more than 60 others were injured.

🟪In the following days, another eight warehouses with an area of more than 100 thousand square meters came under attack: in Penza (180 thousand square meters), in Novosemeykino in Samara region (176 thousand square meters), in Vladimir (173 thousand square meters), in Ryazan (173 thousand square meters), in Kotovsk in Tambov region (108 thousand square meters), in Shushary in St. Petersburg (106 thousand square meters), in Nevinnomyssk in Stavropol region and in Krasnodar (100 thousand square meters each).

🟪Also destroyed were five smaller warehouses: in Sarapul in Udmurtia (53 thousand square meters), in Volgograd (48 thousand square meters), in Perm (25 thousand square meters), in Utkina Zavod in St. Petersburg (18 thousand square meters), and in annexed Simferopol (6 thousand square meters).

🟪In addition, Ukrainian drones attempted to attack four more warehouses: in Yekaterinburg, in Voronezh, in Zelenodolsk in Tatarstan, and in Koledino outside Moscow. However, in these cases they did not cause substantial damage. For example, in Voronezh the drones damaged the warehouse roof, and in Yekaterinburg they fell in the parking lot.
