The governor of Stavropol urged officials to get around on foot or by bicycle to save fuel:
“Let’s start saving with ourselves. Dear heads, I ask all of you very much. Within the city, you can get around on foot, ride bicycles. Within the district, I think you will adjust your work plans in such a way as to minimize the consumption of gasoline and diesel fuel. Therefore, starting tomorrow, please park the cars, and enough already wasting already scarce gasoline and diesel fuel.”
According to him, the situation with the supply of fuels and lubricants in the region “is not improving.”
