Rapper Ptakha fined 80,000 rubles under the drug propaganda law over three songs

Moscow’s Nikulinsky District Court fined rapper Ptakha, whose real name is David Nuriyev, 80,000 rubles. The musician was found guilty of propagandizing narcotic and psychotropic substances using the internet (Part 3 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The grounds for drawing up the protocol were three Ptakha songs published on VKontakte, “Ne pozdno,” “Ne mogu,” and “Monolog,” in which law enforcement agencies found a positive assessment of drugs, RIA Novosti writes.

At the court hearing, the musician said he did not admit guilt and asked for the case to be dismissed. He also said that he had not posted these tracks on VKontakte.
