Boris Nadezhdin said he has been barred from leaving Russia
The politician received a notice about it from bailiffs on Gosuslugi during the night of July 16.
“We’re sorting it out with lawyers. They say it’s an illegal decision. We will appeal,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
A week ago, Russia’s Justice Ministry declared Nadezhdin a “foreign agent.” Soon afterward, the politician was detained, and an administrative protocol was drawn up against him for displaying “extremist symbols.”
After that, Nadezhdin allowed for the possibility that he might leave Russia.
