According to the outlet, it was Leonid Ryzhov, who was seated to Vladimir Putin’s left.

In the first months of the war, Ryzhov commanded the 7th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Chistyakov Brigade, which took part in the crossing of the Siverskyi Donets River. In July 2022, he was awarded the title Hero of Russia.
