The evidence of the "public dissemination of knowingly false information" about the Russian army in Ilya Remeslo's case was his interview with Ksenia Sobchak
This was reported by lawyer Sergei Badamshin.
"The evidence in Ilya Remeslo's case is his interview with Ksenia Sobchak," he wrote.
Remeslo, who was arrested on June 17 for two months, gave the interview to Sobchak on April 27, after publishing a series of posts in March on his Telegram channel criticizing the current authorities.
After that, Remeslo, who wrote denunciations against opposition figures and also appeared as an expert on federal channels, was placed in a psychiatric hospital and got out 30 days later.
