Ilya Remeslo was remanded in custody for two months in a military “fake news” case

This was reported by lawyer Sergei Badamshin. The ruling was issued by Moscow’s Basmanny District Court.

🔵In March, Ilya Remeslo, who wrote denunciations against opposition figures and also appeared as an expert on federal TV channels, published a series of posts on his Telegram channel criticizing the current authorities.

After that, he was admitted to a psychiatric hospital and was released from there 30 days later.

The basis for the criminal case against Remeslo was “that very manifesto,” Badamshin said.
