The Last Restrictions Have Been Lifted for Russian Criminals. Now Even Convicted Felons ...
The last restrictions have been lifted for Russian criminals. Now even those convicted of the gravest crimes (for the state) will be able to go to the “special military operation” to kill peaceful Ukrainians and die in the trenches.
Those who survive will return home and delight their families and neighbors with lawlessness and violence.
The ghoul signed a law introducing changes to Article 34 of the law "On Military Duty and Military Service."
The new provisions remove certain grounds that had barred entry into contract service during mobilization, under martial law, or in wartime.
In particular, citizens convicted of smuggling strategically important goods, cultural valuables on a large scale, or animals and plants listed in the Red Book of the Russian Federation, as well as drug smuggling, will now be able to sign a contract.
In addition, the authors of the initiative allow people convicted of participating in a gang or criminal community, violating safety requirements at fuel and energy facilities, and the illegal acquisition, storage, as well as theft of nuclear materials, to sign contracts.
The president also signed a law introducing corresponding amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Both documents will enter into force 10 days after publication.»
