Penza Governor Oleg Melnichenko proposed placing the documents and chevrons of dead Ukrainian soldiers on the floor of the local “SVO museum” so visitors could trample them underfoot.
“These are the patches of our enemies, Banderite, Nazi symbols. So they belong on the floor, under glass, so people walk over them. Two ID cards of liquidated Ukrainian servicemen. Well, not servicemen, but Banderites, punishers, we are also handing over to the museum, so that you throw them under people’s feet,” the official demanded.
The Exhibit Was Moved Underfoot
The governor wants dead soldiers' documents and chevrons placed on the museum floor.
The museum's main function turned out to be contempt.
