A criminal case has been opened against journalist Katerina Gordeeva under the article on military fakes, and authorities want to put her on the international wanted list, the capital branch of the Investigative Committee reports.
According to investigators, she posted publications on her Telegram channel that “contain knowingly false information about the actions of the Russian army against the civilian population of Ukraine.” The agency does not specify which publications it is referring to.
In September 2022, the Justice Ministry added Gordeeva to the register of “foreign agents”.
A Case Without the Posts
A case was opened, but the disputed posts were not identified.
The evidence may end up on the wanted list too.
