The Supreme Court will consider a lawsuit seeking Yabloko’s removal from the State Duma elections

The hearing on the matter has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on August 10, the Supreme Court press service told the outlet Ostorozhno, Novosti.

The lawsuit against the party was filed by Rodina party leader Alexei Zhuravlev. He said the grounds for it were Yabloko’s alleged use of advertising on “banned” social networks and “statements of an extremist nature.” Zhuravlev did not specify which ones.
