The European Union imposed sanctions on 16 individuals and seven legal entities which (in the opinion of the EU Council) are “responsible for the forced transfer, forced assimilation, and militarized upbringing of Ukrainian minors.”

The list includes:

▪️ The children's centers Orlyonok, Smena, and Alye Parusa;

▪️ The Nakhimov Naval School of the Russian Defense Ministry;

▪️ The regional DOSAAF branch in Sevastopol;

▪️ The military-patriotic club Patriot in Crimea;

▪️ Commander of the Voin center Adranik Gasparyan;

▪️ Director of the Voin center Dmitry Shevchenko.
