The Senate voted for the Graham-Blumenthal bill on secondary tariffs against Russia's trading partners.

The final vote count was 86:11.

The woman in red who announced the result is the late Lindsey Graham's sister, Darlene Graham, and she will replace Lindsey in the senator's seat at least until the November elections.

The only Republican who voted against it was Rand Paul.

Also voting against it were 10 Democrats, who did not want to give Trump additional tools to expand tariffs.

In addition to tariffs, the bill introduces sanctions against the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and other Russian financial institutions, as well as against major Russian energy projects such as "Yamal LNG" and "Arctic LNG 1, 2, and 3." Details here.
