As Ostorozhno, Novosti reports, Moscow's Tushino Court fined two Spartak fans 1,000 rubles each over a tattoo of the number "1312"
Officers from Center "E" for the first time linked the number "1312," which is often used as a symbol of the slogan ACAB, to the Samara organization "Toys," which was banned in Russia in 2017. It was on this basis that the materials were sent to court.
Previously, courts had not linked the number to any specific organization. Both men admitted guilt.
