“While clearing the structures of the apartment building that had been engulfed in flames, the body of a deceased man was found. Another man who had been in extremely critical condition died in the hospital. Doctors fought for his life to the very end, but his injuries proved incompatible with life,” said acting governor of Belgorod Region Alexander Shuvayev.
