The head of the Investigative Committee ordered a review of works by writer Grigory Oster, author of Bad Advice and other books
Alexander Bastrykin said this at a meeting of the Coordination Council of Russia’s Investigative Committee (IC) on issues of providing assistance to children affected by humanitarian disasters, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, and armed conflicts, the agency’s press service reports.
“The content of children’s literature was discussed separately: works by G. Oster were cited as a negative example, as they contain, in the participants’ opinion, attitudes that are questionable from a pedagogical point of view. In this regard, the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia ordered a review of the books by the specified author,” the IC statement says.
