The usual cost of sending a color attachment with a letter through Zonatelecom is 95 rubles. But today the service announced a promotion: sending postcards and memes costs 16 rubles. It will run from 9:00 Moscow time on August 10 to 9:00 Moscow time on August 11.

Who among political prisoners and defendants in political cases can be sent a postcard? Here is the list of those celebrating their birthday on August 10, 11, or 12 and whose institutions are directly connected to Zonetelecom:
