❗️A citizen of Kazakhstan appealed to the Russian authorities from captivity.

60-year-old Nikolai Viktorovich Perevozchikov, on behalf of captured citizens of Central Asia, appealed to the FSB (since no separate bodies on POW issues have been created in Russia) regarding the exchange of foreign citizens.

Nikolai Viktorovich and other POWs noticed a strange peculiarity: Russia is not requesting them for exchange. At present, several hundred foreign citizens from 48 countries around the world are being held in Ukrainian captivity. All of them signed contracts with the Russian Defense Ministry, but after being taken prisoner they were abandoned by Russia. The Russian side is showing no real interest in exchanging them.

The retired soldier does not understand why this is happening and asks the Russian authorities to still include foreigners on exchange lists and return them to Russia.

Foreigners Somehow Missed the Exchange Lists

A captive Kazakh citizen asks the FSB to include foreigners in exchanges.

The contract was immediate. Remembering the people was not.
