An electric train derailed in the Belgorod region, there is one injured person
This was reported by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov. According to him, the cause was the absence of part of the track due to a possible explosion:
“The driver was forced to apply emergency braking. This caused half of the carriage to come off the rails. At the time of the accident, there were 15 people on the train; one woman suffered a laceration to her leg and bruising to the soft tissues of her back.”
