The authorities declared Alexei Navalny’s organizations “extremist” back in 2021. It is easy to forget an old donation, and there is also the illusion that law enforcement will not find out about it.

But lately we have been receiving information from you more and more often about new criminal cases over old transfers. Those at extremely high risk are people who supported FBK using cards from Russian banks after August 4, 2021 and roughly through March 2022. These transfers fall under the article on financing extremist activity.

Since it is impossible to hide information about such payments from law enforcement, we recommend that everyone who may have supported the foundation in rubles set aside time and check their transfer history. This is important for your safety.

How can you check whether there was a donation and when?

🟧 Open your transaction history in your bank’s app and search for keywords that have already appeared in criminal cases over FBK donations, for the period after August 4, 2021 and roughly through March 2022. If you have cards from several banks, check each of them.
