Eight people went to Russia, seven to Ukraine. The humanitarian exchange took place at the Novaya Guta checkpoint on the Belarus-Ukraine border.
This morning, at the same checkpoint, an exchange of the bodies of fallen servicemen also took place under the 261-for-24 formula.
