The Russian military goods marketplace is shifting into “full operating mode”

The chair of the board of the Center for Unmanned Systems and Technologies (CBST), Andrey Bezrukov, told Kommersant that the marketplace for dual-use goods “Roy.Market” is leaving pilot mode and beginning to connect third-party sellers.

Since August 1, the service has been operating on an updated platform designed for the independent onboarding of a large number of sellers. During the pilot stage, which had been in effect since the launch of Roy.Market at the beginning of 2025, a significant share of operations was handled by the platform team. Now, sellers will be able to independently list products, manage their assortment, prices, and stock levels, process orders, and handle documents through a personal account.

For buyers, Roy.Market will remain a closed platform with authorized access and differentiated user permissions.

Going forward, CBST intends to connect additional security agencies to the platform besides the Defense Ministry and to develop the B2B segment, including integrated solutions from the center’s resident companies. In 2027, Roy.Market expects to list more than 10,000 product items.
