The prosecutor’s office reported on a campaign to green Tuapse with photos against the backdrop of smoke from an oil depot burning after a drone attack

The regional office’s post was noticed by Echo.

“Ahead of Victory Day, employees of the Tuapse interdistrict prosecutor’s office took part in greening the city — young trees were planted on Platanovaya Alley in Tuapse,” the prosecutor’s office said in its statement.

It notes that the new plane trees are meant to “preserve the atmosphere of one of Tuapse’s most recognizable walking areas and pass it on to future generations.”

🔵On April 20, as a result of a UAV attack, a fire broke out at the Tuapse marine terminal and is still continuing. Because of this, Rospotrebnadzor urged residents not to go outside unless necessary and to keep their windows closed.

Trees Planted Under a Burning Skyline

Prosecutors showed trees planted in Tuapse as smoke rose from the oil depot.

Even the photo op needed closed windows.
