The European Union approved a 90-billion-euro loan for Ukraine

The decision was adopted by the permanent representatives of EU countries, Deutsche Welle reports. The 20th package of sanctions against Russia was also approved. However, according to information from journalists, it will not include a ban on the maritime transport of Russian oil.

The final decision will be approved through a written procedure, which is planned for tomorrow during the summit of EU leaders in Cyprus.
