Meteorinvestproekt LLC is much craftier and understands that foreigners can be milked every month until they die. In the contract terms, they include a clause according to which the victim must also pay them 70,000 rubles out of his monthly monetary allowance.
For Russians, foreign citizens are pure expendable material. The Russian Defense Ministry uses them to fill its need for assault troops, while slick Russian recruiters make millions of rubles off every contract soldier they bring in. The recruited man himself gets only crumbs from the table, which he most likely will not receive anyway, because he will die in yet another meaningless assault.
