"There is no doubt that the very necessity of fighting this war has forced the Ukrainians to develop new tactics, new methods, new equipment, and new technologies that are creating a kind of hybrid asymmetric warfare. It is impressive, without a doubt. If you look at the situation, the Russians are losing five times more soldiers per month than the Ukrainians, even though Ukraine is a smaller country and has a smaller army. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are now the strongest and most powerful armed forces in all of Europe — that needs to be said clearly. Obviously, this is connected both to the large volume of aid they received and to the combat experience they have gained."
