Ukrainian drones attacked Stavropol Krai. According to Telegram channels, the Azot chemical plant caught fire in Nevinnomyssk
In the city of Nevinnomyssk in Stavropol Krai, a fire broke out at the Azot chemical plant on the night of May 16 after a series of explosions, according to Telegram channels that monitor attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The Ukrainian channel Exilenova+ published videos that it says were filmed by eyewitnesses to the fire. The Russian Telegram channel Astra verified those videos.
Local authorities said that during the night Russian air defenses repelled a raid by Ukrainian drones near Nevinnomyssk. However, according to Governor Vladimir Vladimirov, there were no casualties or damage on the ground as a result of the attack.
During the full-scale war, this is at least the sixth attack on the enterprise, whose products are used, among other things, in the production of artillery shells.
