As a result of a UAV attack, an entrance section of a four-story building in Syzran (Samara Region) partially collapsed; 11 people were injured, including two children, the Emergencies Ministry reported.
Residents of the building have been evacuated, and rescuers are working at the scene. According to TASS, two more people may still be under the rubble.
