Hungary and Slovakia have provisionally lifted their veto on the €90 billion loan for Ukraine and on the 20th package of sanctions against Russia at today’s session of EU ambassadors, according to Euractiv and "European Pravda", citing their sources.

The official procedure for adopting the EU’s long-term budget, to which Ukraine’s €90 billion is tied, is now underway. The process will last until Thursday, 12:00 CET (13:00 in Moscow and Kyiv). That is when the decision will be announced officially.

Hungary has confirmed the start of oil pumping through the Druzhba pipeline at 11:35 (12:35 in Moscow and Kyiv). The first deliveries may arrive as early as today or tomorrow morning.

In theory, at this stage the €90 billion and the 20th sanctions package should no longer fall through. Unless Russia, at the last moment, fucks up the Ukrainian section of Druzhba again, but then it would be completely obvious, even for Hungary and Slovakia.
