This was reported by Ostorozhno, Novosti, citing residents of Khimki, Mytishchi, and Lobnya. According to them, during the nighttime attack, sirens did not work in the cities, and no danger warning SMS messages were sent to phones. Some residents also noted that they were unable to get through to 112 during the attacks — the line was busy.
