Rybakov announced a “Plan B,” the details of which Yabloko will reveal later

Yabloko party chairman Nikolai Rybakov announced a “Plan B” but did not disclose its details.

We will work according to it, and of course we will announce it. It is very important that everyone understands: all our plans in reality are carried out by the people who are supporting us now in their hundreds of thousands. We are only part of this plan.

Yes, we give people an opportunity to express themselves, but it is all the people across the country who are doing it now, coming to our offices to hand out leaflets, filming videos, publishing their appeals, and this is an incredible force.

And the main thing, the most important thing for us, is that this is a constructive, positive, kind force, without aggression, malice, or hatred. And therefore, yes, there will of course be a plan.

Rybakov also said that they would appeal to the Presidium of the Supreme Court and to Russia's Constitutional Court.
