In the court hearing over Yabloko, they are examining Alexander Shtefanov’s post saying that the singer Shaman burned his leather pants

At the Supreme Court, Yabloko lawyer Gadzhi Aliyev is speaking. He drew attention to a report by the Association of Bloggers and Agencies that formed the basis for the decision to remove the party from the elections.

This report contains links to publications allegedly constituting campaigning in favor of Yabloko. One of them, for example, leads to a post by blogger Alexander Shtefanov saying that the singer Shaman burned his leather pants. Aliyev points out that this publication had nothing to do with campaigning for Yabloko.

According to the lawyer, Yabloko is also not mentioned in a significant portion of the other publications (there are more than 200 of them in the report).
