There was a massive drone attack on Moscow and the region overnight

▪️As a result of the drone strikes, twelve people were injured according to preliminary data, Sergey Sobyanin said;

▪️Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov said that three local residents were killed in the drone attack. Another four were injured. Firefighters, Emergency Ministry personnel, police, and local administrations are still working at all the locations;

▪️In Khimki, in the Starbeyevo neighborhood, a drone damaged a private house, a woman was killed, and one more person is under the rubble;

▪️In Istra, a high-rise apartment building and six private houses were damaged as a result of a drone strike. According to preliminary information, three men and one woman were injured;

▪️Four private houses and three cars were damaged in Sergiyev Posad;

▪️Drone wreckage fell on the grounds of Sheremetyevo Airport;

▪️Overnight, all Moscow airports, Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, Vnukovo, and Zhukovsky, activated the "Carpet" plan;

▪️The Russian Defense Ministry said that 556 drones were intercepted and destroyed over Russian regions.
