This follows from data published on the website of Mediascope, the unified researcher of the Runet audience, which RBC has reviewed.
The biggest drop in user numbers was recorded by the marketplace Wildberries, down 2.6% over the month to 78.4 million people. Average daily reach fell by 5.4%, to 34.4 million.

🔵At the end of March, the Ministry of Digital Development threatened to strip companies of the right to have their apps preinstalled and of military draft deferrals if their services continued to work through VPN. Companies that do not block VPN traffic may also be removed from the “white list” of websites accessible when the internet is shut down.
