Dnipro Osint: the image shows damage to the process pipe racks of three refining units: AVT-1, AVT-3, AVT-6. (AVT-2 and AVT-4 remained untouched, - editor’s note.) One of the tanks and the technical overpass adjacent to the thermal power plant were also destroyed. By rough estimates, more than half of the plant’s capacity has been put out of operation, which usually leads to a complete shutdown until repair work is finished. Analysis of the satellite images is complicated by the plant’s general state of neglect - it is often difficult to tell where the damage is and where the signs of aging are.
Where Decay Competes With Damage
Three units, a tank, and an overpass were hit; over half the capacity is down.
Decay is now hiding the damage.
