But the “Russian world” regime managed to find a place in the state hierarchy for every intellectual runt.

Feeble-mindedness became the guarantee of career success and prosperity.

Graduates of psychoneurological clinics became political stars, ministers, deputies, and governors.

If not for Putin, the poor wretches would have gone on stewing in straitjackets and licking dried porridge off the walls.

But the Kremlin found each of them a place in the “power vertical.”

This has once again been confirmed by a broad, nationwide campaign in schools. Now the “place at the blackboard” has been taken by people who received excellent training in psychoneurological dispensaries.

One might say they are medalists. Many have dozens of strangled orderlies and bitten nightstands to their name.

Now they are lecturing schoolkids about the “terrible danger” of VPNs.

No one had suspected that VPN guarantees early baldness, diarrhea, and epilepsy.

And if VPN gets on the genitals, it causes trophic ulcers there.

(With any shaking of the phone, VPN inevitably sprays out through micro-cracks).

All this gibberish is now being delivered in lessons.

On April 13, Irkutsk Education Center No. 10 published a report saying that “as part of a month of anti-drug activities and financial security measures,” “lectures on preventing the use of games and virtual VPN networks” were held.

The classes themselves were called “VPN Outside the Law. What You Can and Cannot Now Do Online”, “Use of VPN Is an Aggravating Circumstance When Committing Crimes.”
